You Are Invited to the Houston GLBT Political Caucus' Annual Equality Brunch at Ouisie's Table!
One of our great fall traditions is the annual Equality Brunch, hosted by the Houston GLBT Political Caucus. This year, the event will be Sunday, September 18th and will be held at Ouisie's Table, located at 3939 San Felipe Street. We will be raising money in support of our get-out-the-vote efforts for the fall elections.
Guests will be treated to a seated brunch and a full cash bar. One of the most exciting parts of our annual Equality Brunch is the chance to honor four members of the community whose work for equality deserves special recognition. During the brunch, we will present the following awards:
John-Paul Barnich Award for justice in the GLBT community
Eleanor Tinsley Award honoring a straight ally
Caucus Leadership Award for outstanding leadership in the community
President's Award
All proceeds from the brunch will go to help us turn out voters in support of pro-equality candidates for mayor, city council, and HISD races. This is an event you don't want to miss, so put it on your calendar now!
General admission tickets are $75.00 and sponsorships are available at the levels listed below.
